A field recording of cars passing by me on a busy street in my town. I decided to record it as part of my college project. Would make good atmos. Recorded in stereo on a zoom h4npro microphone. Hope this helps! :)).

The orange side of plaits randomised from rnd step driven by wogglebug and instruo neoni, into harmonaig, cv to plaits. Aux channel passed through rings, one output through tau phaser the other through mimeophon and finally though qmmg moved by maths and sent through erbe-verb. Phew! enjoy! oh yes, markers are in place for morphagene.

This is an old commercial refrigerator from the grocery store. It was making a very nice regular droning sound so i placed my phone inside the fridge to get a clean recording without the noise from the store. Perfect for a spaceship drone or background noise at a factory.

Trying to start a 1983 volvo 245 after a stop at a gas station. First we hear the seatbelt warning signal after the driver turns the ignition on. The first start attempt fails. The two following attempts fail because the starter fails to engage with the flywheel, creating a very loud and unpleasant sound. There is some reverberation from the metal roof of the gas station. At 00:24, the driver remarks "he's doing it again!". The fourth attempt succeeds in starting the engine after a rather long cranking. We then drive off and we also hear some squeaking from the steering wheel. Throughout the recording we hear breathing noises from the driver (80 year old man, smoker). The recording was made in the front passanger seat with the window open, that's why there a very noticable difference between the left and right channel. Recorder: edirol r-09, 48khz wave/24-bit, cropped with cool edit pro, re-saved as 48khz wave/24-bit and compressed with flac. No other pp. Edirol r-09 settings: low cut: off, mic gain: low, agc: off. Recorded on june 15, 2012 in åkersberga, sweden.

Ever wandered through a spanish street market? the sound will be familiar to — very possibly all too familiar! this recording was made so close to the offending mechanical toy, that it has even picked up the noises of the mechanism itself. There is a small amount of background noise. Seemingly unnecessary period of silence included is the exact cause before the next outburst of squeaking. Set repeat function on your sound editor recording.

This is a low quality recording from a panasonic dvx camcorder microphone. This is a recording of random drum beats. Because of the low quality recording, i have not separated any of the beats, and have faded one into the other. The drum shells are spaun, and the cymbals are a mixture of zildjian and paiste.

The only fail of this pack was made all sounds scream too much since the beginning of the range :(.

The loop was created with one of reaktor 5's instruments which was modified to create 4-second loops that sounds something like techno or general electronica. The drums are all created using a subtractive synthesizer, most of them sine waves and were modified several times.

Recording of a middle school band short performance. Starts with piano for the intro, then goes into a group of out of tune stringed instruments sounding a lot like "twinkle twinkle little star" followed by polite audience applause, and ending with an audience member's cough.

I left the recorder locked and unattended in the car whilst we went and did a bit of shopping. It was raining, breezy and the car was parked under a tree in a busy city centre car park next to a main road. You can hear cars passing at different speeds, the rain on the windscreen, doors opening and closing and muffled, distant voices. Zoom h1, internal mics, 50hz high pass at 6db/oct to reduce rumble.

Some raw one-shots from my doepfer a-100 modular synthesizer recorded and edited using ni maschine. In my ears they sound way better with a bit of compression, but i thought the unprocessed files would be more useful. Naming is super vague. Recorded back in may 2014. convoy through space and time is a short piece of music i made in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. I feels a bit "spacey" sci-fi-sish i think. And has the feeling of a journey i think. Made it with a futuristic bass-sound along with a nclassic p-bass. Blended drum-machine with sampled drums and added melodies with a kind of retro synth sounds. Could be perfect for an intro, outro, something spooky and cool, suspence, sci-fi, futuristic, mysterious or whatever you feel like. . . . Let the imagination run wild. Field recording of a large truck being used to transport some kind of utility maintenance equipment. I couldn't begin to tell you what kind of equipment, but i can overprocess the sound it makes, so i did. Sounds a bit more industrial and imposing now.

Jackhammer in a series of pulses from a reasonable distance, so the recording is clear and with decent but not overpowering volume. Summer songbirds in the background fill between the pulses and after the jackhammering stops.
