A kinda strange sound i made in fl studio for ambiance in a track that i probably wont finish.

Strange.

Just like the title says.

When there something around the corner.

A simple eerie soundpad with a nice stereo-effect setting.

Background/ambient spooky/ghostly sound scape -created for a theater performance. Based on wind howling -spiced with thunder and ghost whisper and other strange sounds. To me the final effect sounded like a haunted space ship. I began with a 10 second sample of ordinary speech then lowered the pitch, stretched the wave pattern, added echo and reverb. Then i copied portions of the wave pattern to a new track and mixed the two into a mono track. Did this several times while also using noise reduction and normalization.

A wooden door creaking dramatically on its hinges, and letting out a very long and sustained groan. Recorded on zoom h2n with rode nt4 in shockmount. Normalised, topped and tailed, no further processing or editing.

Propane blow torch with some natural filtering effects using a metal pipe and kettle. Recorded with a rode nt5 through pt10.

Recording of silence with heavy noise reduction and processing.

Ghostly female wail. Might be ghosts, or might be deadly sirens calling across misty waters to lure hapless sailors to their doom. Voice synthesis achieved by mixing formant filtered oscillators. Pitch bending is added to the note track to produce a descending, spooky wail.

Director of "rodky horror show" wanted a spooky sound effect when riff raff opens door. I recorded and made up a sound effect of door being unchained using tire chains, and mixed it with freesound 70101 of a creaky door.

Repeated cry for help with echo and delay. The voice maybe hasn't been modified enough to sound really spooky, and the one falsetto 'help me' may prevent it from being scary. But that might be useful, if you don't want something very intense (e. G. To keep the tone lighter).

Just played around with a granulizer and this sound came out of it. Actually i made a track before where i was looking for this exact sound. But until now, i couldn't find it. So if anyone is looking for the same sound too, here it is.

Night: high winds with gusts. Record inside a wooden shed, 12 ft by 30 ft. Low roar of wind outside with louder, higher velocity gusts. Creaking of wood structure, bang of object on wall. Recorded with oss (jecklin disk) system using two josephson c617 mics with microtech-gefell mk221 capsules.

This is my ghost opera sound it is perfect for a movie that is haunted.

I made this sound with fl studio by stretching a sample i had.

The sound was made with my voice and edited on lexis audio editor. Made in an motorola g20.

Made this using audacity and soundforge with my voice with a deep pitched vocal, added minimal delay, added a resonant filter, and added reverb to give that distant feel.

A spooky "wailing" sound, that puts your senses on-edge. Simply made with my electric guitar and me messing around with effects in audacity. Paul stretch is a superb effect for creating a stretched out "wailing" sound.

This is a creepy recording of a "spy station" or numbers station on a shortwave radio band. These stations existed heavily in the cold war to relay info to spys. Many still exist today on shortwave.
