Fireworks recorded amidst the buildings of an apartment complex. Lowpassed around 1khz. Slightly expanded dynamic range. I cut as many incidental noises as i could hear on my headphones (cars, neighbors, etc) but there's still some residual hum from an electrical box that was nearby as well as wind. Recorded this in my backyard at midnight, my neighbors probably hate me now. Recorded on a tascam dr-70d with a rode ntg-3. File is stereo but contains two of the same mono track for ease of use. A friend and i have carefully re-created a sound very similar to his boom sound from scratch using thor synths and reverb in reason 7 and cubase with some tweaking in soundforge. This is one of my favorite sounds to open my live sets with and is featured in my track water's bomb, as well as in the intro to the digital juggernauts album, "giant killer robots. " to make it, you use a sample of a plane flying over, i used a 707, and a djm-500's pitch shifter fx. As the sample gets longer, turn the pitch to the high end, then to the low end. Hope you all love and use this sound!.

The sound of our basketball bouncing in a tall-roofed structure that produced a slight echo on the metal ceiling. Enhanced the echo noise with a reverb effect.

I recored my new analog clock that was gifted from my mom. Recored on a shure mv88+.
