Quadruple finger snaps, recorded with a tlm 102. These are performed by alternately snapping with the ring and middle fingers of each hand. The snap samples are arranged from lowest spacing (all snaps happening at the same time) to highest (larger delay between individual finger snaps).

Sound of a calculator when turned on, very similar to casio wrist-watches' sound. Recorded and noise-filtered with my laptop's microphone and adobe audition cs6. Fairly standard mechanical door bell, short decay.

Old mechanical door bell, not in best condition. Rattles while the switch is closed (whether it's designed to do that i don't know) and clicks rather loudly on the low bell. Not much decay.

My door bell sound modified to sound as if it's coming from farther away as it would normally sound from a different room. Slightly biased towards the left channel, reverse the stereo channels for it to come from the right.

Binaural* recording of cathedral bells repeating over and over (not looped). Towards the end of the file the bells are heard from a distance (the recording continued while walking away). Recording notes:. 1. Recorded in the field using soundman okm ii binaural microphones with the h1 zoom recorder. Sunday 87/2/2015 mid afternoon. 2. The recording has been left unedited to allow the greatest amount of creative reworking. 3. Recordings are as long as possible for video usage (it's easier to shorten a sound than to expand it). 4. Volume in these series will be left unaltered to allow easier mixing as far as possible. You won't have distant birdsong louder than a closeup door slam. 5. Attribution is appreciated but not necessary. A "thanks" or smiley face in the comments below will be fine. Commercial use is okay. Some stuff i added to my playing drums to 'rich woman' and i added some claves, drumsticks, cowbell, tambourine and maracas all on separate tracks recorded with my yamaha pocketrak and edited with sony vegas. It stutters slightly near the end. My computer? i'm not a pro by any means when it comes to mixing, but please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :^).

I've recorded this by accident. I left ardour recording on my laptop via zoom h2 and forgot about it. Meanwhile my cellphone must have communicated with the gsm network, and the zoom h2 have captured the signal. Luckily no background noise is present. Enjoy this annoying sample :).
