Vinyl Whine
This sample was created by taping a razor blade to a contact microphone and allowing the blade to scrape against the edge of a record spinning on a turntable. The reverb was added in real time, so there's not a dry signal recording. Very reminiscent of tg's "hamburger lady" in some ways. Sounds like a human voice almost.

Old Water Wheel
I´ve recorded this sound produced by a large water wheel of 4 meters diameter, in the historical part of augsburg bavaria, part of town where early industry and work shops used water energy for different purposes. This water wheel does not drive any gear any more, it is just for to give an impression of that old water driven industry. The wheel is driven by one of many former industry channels, small rivers through that part of town.

Leaving Movie Theatre In The Evening
I turned on my recorder just after watching a movie on valentines day. The theatre wasn't packed but people were relaxed. I stood in the lobby for a while watching people getting ready for the next movie, then walked outside through the squeaky doors of the theatre and stood around people having a smoke and waiting for their ride home. Contact Microphone Wind Through Metal Fencing At Portslade Harbour, Uk
Recorded using jez riley french contact microphones, on a windy day on the south coast of england. I connected a pair of contact microphones to different parts of a metal fence and let the wind do the rest. Starts off gently and gradually the intensity increases as the wind picks up. You can hear the fence rattling and a ambient drone of the wind blowing.

A very clean recording (no recognizable voices) of the moment a 737 comes in for a landing at raleigh-durham international airport (rdu). You will hear the sound in flight, the landing gear go down, touchdown, and the airplane begin to taxi back to the terminal. Unfa's Laser Weapon Sounds
Hey!. I've made this for a friend's project. But the project is now stalled, so i decided to release my work to the world. The sound is created with multiple layers of zynaddsubfx digital synthesizer. Sequenced and rendered using lmms. This was my first serious attempt at creating high-quality game sounds. I've spend quite some time refining and adding detail to the sounds, so they are rich and convincing. I hope this is a production at top level, that could be used in a commercial motion picture. Have i reached my goal?. If you want to use them, you'll need to edit it by yourself :). There are several different firing sounds, laser beams, discharge, sounds of plasma projectiles hitting a wall etc. . . Have fun and don't forget to give me a credit and link to this page!.

Audio Feedback
Squeaky audio cable-to-speaker incomplete connection. One end is plugged into a speaker and the other is not plugged into anything. The squeaking sound is made from my fingers touching the tip and sides of the metal tip of the non-connected end of the cable. The variation of sound and pitch is from moving my fingers up and down the metal tip in different speeds, angles, and placements.
