I recorded this trying to resemble a zombie attacking something or someone and starting to devour it.

Sound bits of heavily edited microphone breaths to emulate three different weapon swings. Perfect for melee weapons in games and animations. Heavy swing, light swing, medium swing.

A fast building white noise with added filter sweep and fade-out, layered with a pulsating synthesized bass tone with a slow attack and an affected decay.

It becomes clear when i record with audacity and can actually see the attack and decay. I’m playing with alm pip slope. With this module you can cv control the attack and decay. As oscillator i use intellijel μvcf in self-oscillation mode. I fm-modulate this filter/oscillator with a tone from uoki-toki polivoks vcf. The semi random trigger is really two triggers connected to an or gate. Pitch is from analogue systems rs-40 (sample/hold and noise). I can listen to this for a looong time. Retro sound.

Possibly used for zombies tearing at someones flesh, or someone breaking a bone. Done with a bag on skittles and a blue yetti.

Did this punching a shirt 4 times, and then rubbing the shirt with another 4 times. I found it great for torso and leg hits(first 4), and great for de-grappling moves and push aways(last 4).

I used the ben burtt technic to design this punch; mixing a whip tail sound with a the sound taken from hitting a jacket with a baseball bat. Several sounds combined to approximate the sound of someone getting smacked with the butt of a pistol. Whip crack with a metallic clank and a wet crack as it hits bone/flesh. Simulated by layering a whip crack, a punch, a metal clatter, and a squish made from stirring pasta in.
