I was standing in the middle of the newport southbank bridge facing the daniel carter beard bridge. You can hear cincinnati on the left and newport on the right while traffic pans from left and right in the stereo image. Nl:8901/made in the part of the 20-meter ham band where psk31 is the dominant digital mode, with the receiver deliberately mistuned, in fm mode at it's widest setting to get a mishmash heterodyning sound.
