A short tune i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. I wanted to make the ground with "organic" instruments like violin, acoustic guitar and piano. But i also added a synth to get an atmosphere and spook things up. I think it could be good for something mysterious and a bit eerie. Anyway hope you like it. This sound was recorded in the winter of 2004, through a voice recorder connected to a conventional long wire as an antenna and an electromagnetic seeker.

The loop was created with one of reaktor 5's instruments which was modified to create 4-second loops that sounds something like techno or general electronica. The drums are all created using a subtractive synthesizer, most of them sine waves and were modified several times.

Some static that was changed to make it sound like an alien.

A failed attempt at making a "roar" sound that makes for an interesting sound anyway.

I took a fairly drone-like-ambience, placed it in reaper's media explorer, and just had fun changing the loop size while recording the desktop.
