Captured on a dry day in early winter, the sound of little pieces of hail falling onto the dried leaves of a tree. A delightfully crispy experience. The sound has been looped and is in the public domain for all of humanity to use as they wish without crediting.
Recorded with a zoom h6 using the xyh-6 mic. I recorded 4 different rivers (names are: salzach, inn, kirnitsch and a small river without a name) and mixed them together using ableton live.
A piece of paper landing on soft carpet. Recorded on a phone (probably very low quality). I made this because there just wasn't a ton to pick from and i needed paper sounds for an animation.
Recording of a pair of oven mitts being hit together. Might be useful in a game as an inventory sound. Recorded using a blue yeti microphone at 16-bit 44100hz in audacity. Used audacity's noise removal filter to to remove background noise. For this file, i isolated the samples i liked and left a small gap of silence between them for separation later. Attribution appreciated but not required.
Alt version of a melody i came up with in midi shifting notes around. The sound is from an acoustic guitar note sample of mine with effects, ran through structure free in pro tools.
Me stirring water in a bucket to sound like a cleaning lady rinsing her cloth. Something i quickly recorded during the night to reach a deadline in time.
This is a love song i made for my girl friend a few months back, i also have a worded version, but i will only be uploading the instrumental. This song was composed entirely by me, and played entirely by me.
Recorded using an alesis qs8 keyboard using a direct signal. This sound file is unedited so you will most likely hear mistakes or musical nonsense. This sound file is not a performance but rather a practice session that have been recorded for later listening and reference. This sound file can be used in accordance with the freesound. A large handful of spuds being poured onto a table; a tumbling sound for when you need a series of soft thuds without high transients. Or for when you specifically need potatoes dropping onto a table like i did.
