These are series of various flash bulb pop sounds designed by me for the war-themed short film project. I've decided to create those myself from scratch, because i could not find any proper recordings of those rare vintage flash bulb which were closed lamps that contained a magnesium filament along with oxygen gas that would be ignited and create a significant pop followed by short crackle. Tweaked an extractor fan in audacity using reverb and other effects to create this clip. Sounds like an submerged submarine propeller a little. Hopefully you'll find an appropriate context for it.

A recording i made when my wife was updating her cash balance printed recordings at a national bank. This is the only one that still uses printed stuff in a world of apps and e-banking. The sound contains useful mechanical noises and a vintage printer.

This was recorded in my kitchen next to a railway, late at night when there was maintenance going on on the line. A heavy unit called a tamper went past, tamping down the ballast (stones) that go under the tracks.
