Walking Through Thick Wet Mud

An unintended recording of me and a passerby walking through very thick and wet mud on the walthamstow marshes. I was out testing new gear and couldn't remove the mics from my rucksack strap to avoid picking up the rustle of my clothing or my occasional heavy breathing. This recording was made using a sound devices mixpre6ii and a stereo pair of fel em172 mics. Low cut on the sd which in basic mode is 80hz (i think). There is no processing to this recording other than to ‘normalize’ the levels. I do not require any credit or attribution. Qatar Airlines Landing And Announcements From Inside Aircraft

In-cabin recording of a qatar airways boeing 787 dreamliner landing at doha international airport (qatar), followed by announcements in arabic and english. The aircraft touches down at 0:47, the english in-flight arrival announcement is broadcast at 3:44, and there is a bounty of ambient noise including seatbelts clicking, bags zipping, and chatter from passengers. This was recorded in-person from my seat with a tascam dr-40. I was located mid-section (just behind the wings) in an aisle seat. Public domain: i have released this audio file into the public domain. Rings Of Saturn X K Reso Hz Y Freq Float Pointfloat

Sound created from using the rings of saturn as a spectral source to a series of filters. When a 1 pixel high image of the rings is extracted it looks like a spectrogram (original: https://en. Wikipedia. Org/wiki/file:saturn%27s_rings_dark_side_mosaic. Jpg). The ring spectrogram was divided into three color planes, and the color intensity values were transformed into resonant filter cutoff frequencies. In essence one filter unit (per color plane) has 256 sounds playing simultaneously. The individual filters are placed along the x-axis so, that the stereo image consists of 256 steps from left to right. In this sound of the series the spectrum was compressed to a range of 20 - 1000 hz. A small variation in certain divider factor per color plane is introduced for a slight chorus like effect.
