I made this sound by tapping a coca cola bottle with a crappy mono microphone and used various effects to make it sound cool. Probably good for all you game makers out there.

Done with an alarm gun/gas pistol that shoots blanks. Pistol fire until magazine is empty.

A collection of 8 plasma rifle-style single shots, inspired by the plasma rifles you hear in the terminator movies. Each shot is slightly different so there is some variety. I created them by layering single gun shots with other sounds and then running them through a granular synthesizer with some effects.

Explosion sound created using a zoom h1 and tempering with metal fibers near the mic capsules. Added verb and pop compression for better flexibility. This is an attempt to create the sound of a high velocity handgun, the five seven by twenty eight milimeter, in which the first shot is normal, just edited for the echo associated with a larger caliber handgun, and second shot is editied slightly to mimick the effect of a "silencer". Recorded with samsung hmx-f90,. 22 magnum fired on private firing range, edited with windows movie maker. Enjoy.
