Gentle sea wash recorded on at the beach about half an hour away from my house. The audio was captured with a high quality sennheiser shotgun microphone (i forget the model sorry) into a tascam dr100. The sound was recorder with a zoom h1n with windshield at a short distance from the crashing of the waves on the beach. The waves are driven by a light, gentle wind. The sound was recorded by holding the microphone in my hand while i dived knee-deep into the water and walk, filming the crashing of the waves (also on my legs). High-frequency sound details (the foam of the sea, the impact of waves on each other, etc. ) are much more audible here. Processing:* volume adjustment;* 120hz high pass filter (to reduce low some low frequencies rumble due to the wind);* cut and crossfade to eliminate very few mechanical noise of my hand on the mic;.

A large group of atlantic spotted dolphins (stenella frontalis) recorded during a whale-watching boat trip off the harbour of valle gran rey on the island of la gomera, canary islands, spain, 2017-03-11. The first part was recorded with a zoom2 recorder from the boat, you can hear the dolpins breathing. Then the recording was switched to an underwater hydrophone so you can hear the sounds the animals make.

Recorded with tascam dr-05 plus diy deadcat (and the kitten works as you can hear. . . ). So here we go as an mp3 (neil young would say we´ve only get five percent). Standing on the rocks at dun laoghaire harbour, dublin while the waves crash up against the shore. It was a moderate to strong wind but the microphone was shielded from the wind by the rocks. Equipment:- tascam dr-100 mkiii- audio-technica bp4025- rycote baby ball gag windshield.

Just a nice gentle wave and water sound clip.

I don't know what combination of (free (as in beer)) vsts, ni komplete audio 2 interface, and behringer pro~1 synth produced this but i thought it was very soothing and definitely worth sampling!. The bass note at the beginning is f# if you want to use that as well ;). Was going to wait to upload a samplepack after i finish these 3 albums/compilations but this is just too good to sit on. Note to would-be producers: this is what mindset you get into after burning the candle at both ends buyer beware :upside_down_face:.
