I accidentally came up with this sound when i was remixing one of my favorite songs on audacity. It sounds like a whole bunch of computer software and techy stuff sparking, beeping and crackling. Would be great for a movie introduction if it was overlayed with soundtrack. This is experimental so i would appreciate if you play with it and send it back to me; that's the point of creative commons, right? please comment and rate.

On deck aboard a baltic sea car ferry bound from rostock/germany to trelleborg/sweden. It is late evening, and the ferry is cruising clear of the harbor into the open sea. The recording features the ambient noise on deck, mainly the drone of the ship and it's diesels, some sea in the background, and the occasional door opening and closing. Recorded with a zoom h2n. These are the rear channels of a 4ch surround recording. Mics set to 120° dispersion.

A soundscape conveys our interpretation of the origin of universe. It mixes scientific, vedic hinduism and creative approaches. Starting from the very beginning (big bang and “om” sound), passing through the universe expansion and focusing mostly on earth evolution, including molten rock and floods eras, as well as sounds from living creatures. Some sound i made on fl studio. If i remember correctly, a synth sound that got to sound a certain way, then put a lot of reverb with a heavy compresser after.

A creepy, bass heavy droning hit, made by a synth.

A short layer of rhythmic clanging created as a scary atmosphere in a chase scene. Used a roland groovebox with the self-sampling utility directly to wav. I've found this method results in good sounding recordings, but reduced high frequencies. Sorry, don't know the bpm.
