A spooky ghost says game over in a few different ways. Could be used in a game or video.

Some synth action.

I was inspired by the horrific ambiance in fatal frame, especially the ghost in the library, at the beginning of the game. So i decided to so some demonic whispering of my own!!. Please give credit if you use this, and please send me a link to your projects! :). ~danke!!!!.

Made this sound with a base and a guitar.

Inspired by ben croshaw's point 'n' click horror adventure games, i decided i'd try and see if i can make my own creepy whispers using audacity. This is basically some whispered lines and some really low-volume screams superimposed on one another, with some of these lines reversed. I made this on march 2012 and was recorded on my netbook's slightly damaged built-in mic.

I made this effect for my song but i thought it would be nice to share it with you. C:.

The main sound is the sound of someone playing a thumb-piano. There's also a gong, and two clock chimes. All of these i added reverb to and sloooowed dooooown about -81 percent. I think it sounds like the interior of a giant clock, but call it what you will. This sound is free, anyway. Made with audacity.

Music box cranked slowly on a big metal tin so that individual notes are heard, with some cranking noise. Recorded indoors on a zoom h1n.

An inhuman sample with a ghostly feel. The original recording is a bed-frame being it, reversed, time-stretched and filtered with a strong reverb.

A deep and menacing evil male laugh.

I took the sound "arpasauro atmo" from thalamus_lab and stretched it + fading in and out, because i needed a longer version. I just love the atmosphere it creates! the gong at the beginning transmuted into some kind of a mystical choir and at the end the short squeaking turned into some kind of a slow door groan. . This sound is actually a voice stretched and processed until you hear dinosaurios. Along with multiple flanges & phasers & pitch shifts & compression. The voice is from an episode of cyanide & happiness "señor clean first" when she say 'hey what the hell man. '. Hilarious.
