Closeup recording of ice cubes being dropped into a small glass and then rattled around. Could sound cool layered with other rattling sounds, and could maybe pass for other objects being dropped and rattled. Recorded with a roland r-26 recorder and tidied up in pro tools.
Several takes of putting a glass cup with a spoon inside onto table, then putting spoon into the cup, then pouring hot water into the glass, spoon still inside. Recorded as a foley for a short feature i heleped with some sound design.

These sounds came from a session where i needed to record very gentle clinking sounds with a tea set. The setup is an mxl3000 mic through a neve portico preamp. They are very soft by design.
Coffee is served from a coffee pot into a cup, then the cup is placed on a saucer. Recorded with a zoom h4n portable recorder. Edited a bit in audacity to raise the level of the coffee pouring sound and lower the level of the saucer impact sound.

The porcelain teapot lid is lifted, water is poured in and the lid replaced. A cupful is poured, the liquid is stirred and the spoon returned to the saucer. A drink is taken and an appreciative 'ahhh' is heard.
