This is the end of a heavy thunderstorm, at the beginning of the recording it is hearable the last thunder(unfortunatly). During the recording is possible to hear also some cars. The recording was made using a roland r05 mounted on a tripod facing to a hedge.
This is a raw recording of what is meant to be a grass sound effect. Was made using a cloth bag and some utensil wrappers inside of it to make a crinkly crunching sound. Recomended to add effects to it as needed and as such left it as a raw sample, though even baseline it mostly gets the effect.
I recorded this sound at home, in the belgian country during the end of a storm (but there is no thunder sound). You can hear rain falling and a river flowing nearby. Very relaxing and useful if you need a rainy ambient sound. I recorded this simply with a tascam dr-40 (internal mics) and just edit it properly with audacity.
Two envelopes trigger each other and the quantizer which is fed with cv from the sloth lfo. Anyway, a modular synth experiment. A triangle wave from an lfo acts as a bass tone.
Sound of someone who’s using a pruner in his garden. Sound recorded with a zoom h4n pro and a rycote mini wind screen. Son de quelqu’un utilisant un sécateur dans son jardin. Son enregistré avec un zoom h4n pro et une bonnette rycote mini wind screen. My sounds are licensed under the creative commons 0 license but it would be a pleasure for me to hear your work so doesn’t hesitate to comment or to send me a message with your work :).
A partially down dead tree caught on another tree, branches rubbing together in the wind. I put my phone on the tree so the phone would catch the vibration as well as the sound. Could be used for a sailboat/ropes creaking as well. Samsung s9 - voice memo - m4a - audacity - trim/amplify - wav.
Windy surburban night. Recorded with h4n and rycote windjammer. There is stills light wind artifact at times. Recorded on ground level from the backyard. Chimes, leaves, grass, crickets. A lovely night. Recorded for a long time to get a nice sound reference.
Virusdisco. Jupiter storm, ffchaos, sloth, spring-reverb, analog delay etc. . . Yep it's saturday. A sound. . . Not that good. Annoying. Maybe you can do something with it?.
This was recorded during a harsh storm here i stockholm. Harsh winds blowing thru a small forest. Details such as leaves rustling and hard stormy winds are key components in this recording. It sounds like a storm is approaching what do you think?. I honestly don't remember what i did in post. . . I think i removed alot of bass/rumble, added an expander to remove some unwanted noise to help the winds and leaves to stand out. I probably used rx to clean up some unwanted noises. Equipment:zoom h5 + sony ecm 6080s condenser mic. This was a test to see how the stereo configuration on the ecm 6080s sounded like. I really like it but i would prefer an ab configuration with 2 dpa 2011 or even 2 4060. . . I like the sound it was able to capture even if it may be a little to "centered". I probably will try to use it for my future hiking trips to capture rivers and general ambiances, if i get something special i will upload them here. Hope you like it.
The sound of footsteps and the crunching of leaves outside in a courtyard. Recorded with the zoom recordersennheiser shotgun micrecorded outside in a courtyardfootsteps across the concrete, and crunching of leaves.
4 sets of wind chimes made from silverware on a very windy day. Recorded in stereo with zoom h4 and eq'd with a low cut filter, looped 4x to extend the length.
Recorded on a beautiful spring day on a trail with high oaks overhead. You can hear the wind blowing through the treetops, the low grass blowing, and random insects on the ground.

Very relaxing ambient noise of wind blowing through trees and rustling leaves. Faint birdsong can also be heard in background. No wind noise on mic through most of the recording, though a little is present near the end.
Tree frogs returning to the trees surrounding the lakes of marina bay, richmond, california. Recorded on my itouch as an aiff, then compressed and converted to mp3.
