A strange ringing sound i heard one day in a basement carpark (parking lot).

This was originally meant to be part of the soundtrack for a play i was writing. I discovered it amongst my many garage band projects a few days ago, and realized it wasn’t actually all that bad. I couldn’t use it, but maybe you could!.

Recorded with my iphone in an empty classroom that was surprisingly breezy given. . . . Y'know. . . Indoors. I couldn't even begin to describe exactly what i did to that recording, but i do remember manipulating it through audition using lots of weird dynamic processors, eq's, and convolution reverbs.

A sort of droning sound effect with higher pitched alarm sound at the end, created in adobe audition.

I was just trying to recreate some monster sounds & came up with this. I overlayed a few sounds on top of each other, some of the sounds are mainly me sneezing but stretched. Other than monsters, it sounds something from underwater too. Regardless, other people may interpreted it as other types of soundings too!. This recording was taken as it is named. Sitting in the hallway. Just listening to all the little sounds which are available. I wasn't intending to record anything specifically just everything generally.

Dark and noisy indoor ambience, normalized to -6 db. Recorded using a rode ntg2 shotgun microphone, placed three meters back from the window of a room of 5 x 5 x 3 meters. Sounds from cars and trucks running over a distant road can be heard in background.

I forgot i was recording! in one and a half hour. . . This is from that recording. It's an vcv-rack patch generating suspense music or call it anticipation music. Is there a good word for it. Maybe you interpret the sound in a different way? some sort of back ground noise anyway. . . ?the sound is time stretched, eqed, compressed and i added a little reverb.
