A#2 glockenspiel note in mono, recorded using an akg c3000b and straight into my 'puter. Part of a set. The glockenspiel is a 3 octave educational type, not abig orchestral one, so the octave numbers supplied are actually about 4octaves lower than true!.

Some quietish night ambiance recorded from my backyard. You can hear someone doing something with some metal stuff somewhere. Pretty short.

Rather ambient bang into a can which sounds like a thick seed husk shot into a spittoon but is more likely a n aluminum knife or something striking a typical one pound bean can.

Plucking a popsicle stick with my fingers. Recorded with a korg cm-200 contact mic, edited in audacity.

A simple phrase "when my work is finished, than i'm coming back for you!" in a dark undead-ish voice. Recorded with a cheap desktop mic and fiddled with in audacity. This is a slightly different version with an echo effect applied in the reversed sample rather than the normal.

This was the result of hitting a glass jar, resampling it, reversing it, paulstretching it, and changing the tempo in audacity.

This sound is 50 ms, 2000 hz pure tone with double linear fadeout through it's whole length. Sampling rate of 8 khz is already an overkill (nyquist frequency is at 4 khz, while all energy of this sound is present in narrow 2 khz frequency range). Created with audacity for use with ardour 3, a free and opensource daw for linux and mac (http://ardour. Org).

It was pouring rain outside so i set up my mic.

Needed some white noise, took a can of compressed air and did a bunch of short bursts using at2020 condenser microphone.
