A very old sewing machine that my mom was using.

Some kind of tardis-esque machinery humming away, ready to project the adventurer into outer space. Would be useful as a sound effect for a video involving strange futuristic machinery. No effects have been put on it to aid this. This was created with my eurorack, the main component is a waldorf wavetable oscillator nw-1 module, put through an a-127 triple voltage controlled resonance filter and a a-188-2 tapped bdd delay. The filter and oscillator are modulated in sync by an a-145 lfo.

This is a dishwasher while it's working, recorded from the outside (of course) with a behringer b2-pro. The rhythm is almost like clock's seconds, very addictive!.

Pride of the north country. Man vs weight, clean air vs black smoke, hearing vs permanent tinnitus. Whatever is used to describe that god forsaken noise, it's hardcore (country style).

Trying to start a tractor that has a dead battery. Just makes some clicking sounds. You can also hear the springs creaking under the seat. Recorded on cheap hand-held cassette recorder w/ built in mic.

Uh-1 helicopter does one flyby then approaches and flies directly overhead. It kicks up some sand as it goes over and then lands on a ship, about 100 meters away. This sample is of me starting our power washer. There are several cranks with no effect, one with it catching then dying, then another with it catching and running a few moments before sputtering out. Good for any larger-engine effect like a pull-to-start generator. Recorded with a zoom h6 with mics set at 90 degrees field.
