This is a type of knock you would hear on a door that is maybe not that well built, or it might be small/hollow.

A sequence of percussive cd skipping noises made in to a techno glitchcore rhythm. This is a hard rhythm not micro-beats. There is a splash of synth in there and possibly a key change.

A mix of synthesized sounds, sounds from freesound, a bit of clever phase and amplitude modulation, and a f®©k-ton of ambience editing. Sounds like someone observing an explosion from far away whilst inside a building.
