A sort of grunting 'ough' sound, possibly for when someone is kicked/punched.

Grinding a single cup of espresso by hand in a peugeot coffee grinder. It was recorded with a maono au-903 usb mic pointing at the grinder, and set to cardioid. (i'm new to sound recording so i'm taking lots of notes to try and learn what works best. ).
