Shotgun firing sound i made using multiple sfx sources.

Two shots fired with a barrel gun by my own hands, the second shot is a bit distorted. I think i recorded this with a h2 zoom around 2012, it's not very clean but usable.

A sample from a quick flight that i took with a friend on september 8th, 2015. Audio was recorded with a zoom h5. You can hear the engine start, then we idle on the runway for a bit, and you'll hear us make a proper takeoff at about 13:30. After that it generally sounds the same. You'll hear when i crank the level down after takeoff, but you'll be able to easily compensate for it if you're serious about needing sustained flight noise for a small plane. The plane was a 1964 cessna 172e and were flying around vancouver, bc.

I made this sound by tapping a coca cola bottle with a crappy mono microphone and used various effects to make it sound cool. Probably good for all you game makers out there.

All my sounds were created for an upcoming motioncomic i created called: madagascar: alex's story. . . I did not create these from scratch, but instead, remixed stock sounds of different soundscapes. Sound of crossbow firing/shooting made by recording a mouse trap. Originally recorded for a university project, but thought they could be of some use to someone.

A mixture of heavy and light bursts of machine gun fire created through compiling, mixing and processing multiple audio files to create the desired result of rapid bursts. Mixdown is in stereo, making use of spatial panning and volume adjustments.

Several shots taken from a over-and-under shooter during pheasant shoot in very windy conditions in a deep valley. Recorded with rode ntg-1 shotgun on sony fs7, audio pulled directly from. A collection of 8 plasma rifle-style single shots, inspired by the plasma rifles you hear in the terminator movies. Each shot is slightly different so there is some variety. I created them by layering single gun shots with other sounds and then running them through a granular synthesizer with some effects.

Explosion sound created using a zoom h1 and tempering with metal fibers near the mic capsules. Added verb and pop compression for better flexibility.
