Recorded on public transit in downtown vancouver on a zoom h5. Originally at 24bit/48khz and down sampled to 16 bit 48khz. There is some variation in levels as i was riding the levels whilerecording.

A low but fairly clean recording from a small park of starlings scavenging in the trees and grass. There is a low-level hum from nearby water and urbanity, and a train whistles in the distance then its rumble can be heard.

This is my old bedsheet being torn apart with bare hands. I have recorded this in 96khz/24-bit with a zoom h2, then normalized and saved as a 16-bit. This sample has a lot of sounds of tearing (unedited) so i think anyone can find something useful in it :).
