This was a recording i made on a zoom h2 of a cat's purr, ran thru several filters until i had what i wanted, a repeating, ordered, police like siren underwater. Recorded at the highest wav settings on my h2, so it should be decent enough. (chirping sound heard on freesound disappears on full downloaded version. ).

Deep growl from a large creature in a cave.

Recorded with a tascam dr07 mkii in a secluded woodland in west wales. Totally natural without any effects.

Foxes quarrelling in a suburban garden. A water fountain can be heard nearby. Recorded with a pair of lom usi microphones attached to an olympus ls-14 left out overnight. Minimal editing with ardour.

Recorded in a wetland area after dark. Not sure these are frogs but it's very likely.

I used my vape to make a gentle snake hiss. Worked out rather well, most hisses i've found barely had more dynamic than white noise. I think this fills the request for a snake hiss that's more dynamic. I will also upload this as a rainstick because it is similar.
