This is the second of two fx i've posted of the beast i used for beauty and the beast in our theatre. I was having a terrible time finding a good sound so i just pitch shifted my own voice down an octave. This is the second where the beast is panting just before his second entrance. Possibly the squeakiest internal door ever. Includes the comparatively minor squeaking noise of opening the door, followed by the long, drawn-out squeaking and groaning noises that are the agony of it closing again. This is from a library of sounds i call "pet sounds", after the plastic material pet that's mainly used for water bottles. This library contains various sounds/loops created by using waste plastic in an attempt to give this noxious material at least some useful purpose by acoustically "upcycling" it.

My pugs first sounds at home.

A metallic pad with lfo weaving in and out in amplitude/filter. Includes some lfo modulation, so some peaks are longer than troughs and vise versa. Used in an experimental scene to symbolize birth. Recorded with a roland groovebox self-sample utility straight to wav, which is pretty good sounding. Though i've found this method results in reduced high frequencies.
