I copied the gem breath sound effect from the original ex and pt tv series. I modified a noise i made with phaser. I had accidentally not known that i should set the pitch-shift in delay to off.

Stereo recording of rocks falling down a cliff, bringing down a cascade of smaller rocks and pebbles. Processed in audacity to remove background noise. Recorded with an olympus ls-14.
Waves on rocks and pebbles. The water moves the medium rocks (crisp sound). About 10m away. A few cars pass-bys behind me on route 1 in york beach, maine, usa.
Unprocessed snare drum sample (1 of 4) which was created during the last recordings with my band. Recorded with a dynamic microphone. I would describe the sound as a "rock snare which wants to be a funk snare".
Recorded with a zoom h2n via it's ms configuration. The side microphone was slightly open. The rock formation of that particular spot of the beach caused the water to bump inside it.
Using a handfull of small allen wrench extension sockets in my hand, i poured them into a sock and poured them back out into my hand with variations. Recorded with my tascam dr-60d and rode ntg-2 shotgun mic. Please comment.
6 horses arriving from far away. Gallop on desert stones. Hooves crossing microphone on the floor. Palmyre, syria, 2007. Recorded with stereo xy audiotechnica at822 microphonerecorded on tascam dap148 khz, 16 bits.
Marbles being shaken together in the hand. A clinking sound comes from the marbles hitting one another. Recorded with a zoom h6 and stereo microphone (rode ntg2).
Scraping an arrow with a stone on a stone wall, recorded using a self written app on my samsung galaxy phone, converted from mpeg v4 to mp3 using online-audio-converter. Com.
My dw 13" collectors snare recorded with a shure pg56 on the top and a shure sm57 on the bottom with the phase reversed on the bottom mic. Both mics run through my mackie onyx 1620 mic preamps. The track is uncompressed.
Medium sized waves recorded sitting on a groyn (no giggling - that's the name given for a construction of wood or rock going out perpendicular to the coast to avoid erosion or longshoredrift)from whence i could get the gurgling of the water as well as the crashing of the small waves and the sucking and pulling of the stones. Recorded on a minidisk with an sm58 from what i recall.
I mixed together other public domain sounds from this site to make a convenient rock crumbling sound for video games or other things. You may want to speed it up some depending on how fast this rocks are crumbling!. Https://www. Freesound. Org/people/gfrog/sounds/190505/https://www. Freesound.
