" i recorded it in my professional iso booth with a lewitt lct 640 microphone in omni then in cardiod at various distances from the microphone. Whatamidoing is an experiment i did where i tried to run a drum machine through a multiosc synth, switching presets on the synth to change the sound. While it offered me brief entertainment, there's not much i have done with these sounds. Perhaps they will serve you better than i.

This is synthesized with zynaddsubfx. Sequenced and rendered with lmms, eqd, normalized and edited with audacity. Paste the following text into a text file and import that as labels in audacity, you can then export multiple files from this one and have them properly named. But still i have the clicks :-/have to work on that. It becomes clear when i record with audacity and can actually see the attack and decay. I’m playing with alm pip slope. With this module you can cv control the attack and decay. As oscillator i use intellijel μvcf in self-oscillation mode. I fm-modulate this filter/oscillator with a tone from uoki-toki polivoks vcf. The semi random trigger is really two triggers connected to an or gate. Pitch is from analogue systems rs-40 (sample/hold and noise). I can listen to this for a looong time. Retro sound.
