Stereo recording of fountain atmos, outside, links area next to the sea (but sea itself not particularly audible). Tiny bit of occasional wind noise. Recorded on tascam dr-40 internal stereo mics.

Two chords and a 3 note melody processed in music maker's cinematic synt. This version is a string ensemble voice, a bit lighter than the others but moody.

Recorded in a small park in san diego, ca close to the shore. You'll mostly hear construction workers and an airplane flying overhead. Recorded outside with a zoom h5 using the stereo microphones that come with it. There is a bit of noise in this one.

This is probably one of the best snares i have made yet. Hard transient, tape saturated, and squashed to bits, when played with very bright sounds and heavy bass, this really can handle it, and cut through.

I was demoing the new digital performer 10. 1 with a royer r-10 pair in blumlein array but wanted to check out one of the ribbons because it possibly sounded blown so i went ahead not bothering to create a new mono file. The mic was tracked through a yamaha mixer into digital performer via a motu 624. I have various cymbals including a paiste hi-hat and a zildjian ride which i bowed or scraped. There is an occasional tiny bit of noise from the hard drive, sorry. It has the hiccups. Some of these have an effect or two like a flange on one or more and a bit of delay but mostly you just hear the marvelous and very interesting cymbals!.

To create this sound i stabbed an apple with a pair of scissors in my bedroom to replicate the sound of someone being stabbed. To record i used my sontronics stc-10 microphone and my audiobox interface running pro tools from my mac at 48khz, 16 bit.

When my laptop battery is full and the charger cable is plugged in, my microphone makes a weird buzzing noise. I recorded this and slowed it down and altered the pitch a little bit and here you go. Comment if you use it.

Messing around in logic with some surround impulse responses and delay designs. Ended up with something that sounded a bit like a submarine sonar blip. . So i added the sound of a fridge, time stretched using the flex tool and pitch adjusted and now it sounds almost real :).

I changed the synthesizer's ranges and played a bit with reaktor's structures until i realized i was playing with the frequency range. The result is a radically different sound that sounds more like a machine.
