Two shots fired with a barrel gun by my own hands, the second shot is a bit distorted. I think i recorded this with a h2 zoom around 2012, it's not very clean but usable.

The same bonnie file but this time run through rx's spectral denoise to clean it up a bit. A little bird noise is still audible between the clicks, but pulling samples from it should be much cleaner and easier to isolate. Enjoy.

Background white noise recorded inside an rf shielded chamber on a rack in a computer test lab. Constant drone with no beeps or clicks. A bit cleaner sounds when the door is shut perhaps useful for your sci-fi project?.

This is a bit of a beat that i made in musicstudio on my ipod. The song is short but it can be looped to reach your desired length. If you are planning on using this, please leave a comment! i'd like to see how you do with it :).

Recorded in nuuk, greenland, outside the city. A big pile of snow melting on the mountain's side made this little stream of water. Recorded with tascam dr-10048000 hz stereo, 16-bit wave pcm uncompressed.

Sounds of an 1,5 mm aluminium sheet sized 2x1,5 meters. There's also some sounds of paper the sheet was covered with. The recording starts with me sayin "blacha aluminiowa" whitch means "aluminium plate" in polish. Captured with zoom h2 @ 96khz/24-bit.

Lots of variations on glossy magazine sounds; page turns, handling, page flips, etc. Recorded on a sound devices 744t with a sanken cs-1 shotgun mic. Chop it up and use however you like. Mono 24 bit 48khz.

Akg c214 condenser mic, mackie onyx preamp, ad cirrus logic converter, minimal amount of rx3 nrthe first two sound are two wine glasses, with a bit different tone, struck at one another. The other two sounds are a hit of a glass of whiskey on a wine glass.

This is a "clap" that i recorded very roughly simply by tapping my fingernail on a ceramic radiator (yes, it did hurt a little bit)it sounds very lo fi and organic, and there is a slight metallic resonance to it.

A "mockup" of footstep sounds, made by "drumming" with my fingers and nails on a cardboard box. Recorded with one of those sheap computer headset microphones, edited in audacity to remove the undesired parts. It sounds a bit like footsteps on a wooden floor.

Pulling apart and throwing / dropping / breaking / smashing chunks of ice from the frozen water pooled up over the cover of my swimming pool. The breaking ice sometimes sounds a bit like shattering glass; at other times the sound is more crunchy and wet.

Playing with a bike pump. Recorded wide-stereo, 24-bit in an echoey bathroom. The files has been edited to the best parts. Some degree of headphone bleed is audible in the recording. This makes a pretty good whale sound if you stretch it 500-1000 percent.

Sounds a bit like a robot computing something (obviously a smaller, perhaps friendly or unaligned robot), or a computer, or a grocery store checkout. I originally got this sound from scraping a nail-belt along a plastic chair, and edited the clip in audacity. Enjoy!.

Semi drives by on the highway. I tried to edit out some of the background noise, but you still hear a flag snapping in the wind a bit. However, if you layer this on top of some ambient highway noise, it shouldn't be noiticeable.

Sound is a bit of prepared guitar. . . The strings had some "twistie-ties" on them, and they were scraped/bowed with a screw driver near the bridge. Guitar was processed with delay, and i believe maybe some other effects. Sounds, at times, similar to a droning sitar.

I am in my car in a parking lot the window on my side is open, we hear a car that starts, stays a bit and leaves. There is music inside. Noise of cars passing on the road. Sound of bird and wind.

I recorded this using a bottle and a bowl of water. I experimented a bit & got some interesting sounds. I recorded this & combined it with some other recordings to make a sound effect for some goo.

I've recorded this oriental magpie robin in the philippines in a small province on the side of taal lake. Its melody is really cool ! the file was cleaned a little bit. I denoised it and got rid of some unecessary frequencies from the surrounding jungle.

Horse grazing in pen. Metal fence tinging in the wind. A bit of extraneous wind noise here and there, but largely clean enough to eq out the rough stuff. Summer farm ambiance. A couple of good snorts at the end.

To create this sound i stabbed an apple with a pair of scissors in my bedroom to replicate the sound of someone being stabbed. To record i used my sontronics stc-10 microphone and my audiobox interface running pro tools from my mac at 48khz, 16 bit.

After an august rain, there was enough water rushing downhill toward a golf course that it may be a bit hard to tell it's water. It might be softened up by reducing volume and used as a background. Some birds are audible. Coudburst, yes.

This is a short little loop i made while experimenting with a new synth i got, the arturia microfreak. It's a nostalgic sounding, kinda cheerful, but also sounds a little bit like a goodbye. It should be a seamless loop, and is in c major.

Jingling 2-4 sleigh bells in a couple patterns. Recorded using a blue yeti microphone at 16-bit 48000hz in audacity. I isolated the samples i liked and left a small gap of silence between them for separation later. Attribution appreciated but not required.

About 15 seconds from a music-box right after winding it up all the way, so the notes are faster and a bit crisper then in my other samples. The melody is somewhat blurred due to the item's age, but it sounds like silent night.

A nighttime pub in northern ireland. We hear the chatter of lively voices, with traditional irish music playing in the background. A bit of rattling silverware as well.

Wind recorded at the end of 2016 in canary islands. Strong wind (thanks to the mountain), but it was recorded on the other side of a house and it wasn't that strong in that moment. Worth mentioning that the groan track is separate from the conversation, for those who want to use just one or the other. I hesitate to say i'm in training, but in a way i am. I don't really know what sorts of things i can get away with, so i have become acquainted with a brit who, i thought, knows everything there is to know. Instead, she may be a bit of an experimenter, and she practices a bit fast and loose. I surely can tell she loves it. . . During this bit of conversation i saw her reach and turn the clamping screws tighter. Extrusion. Interesting. One might wonder why he puts up with it, and i can tell you, he doesn't. A session like this one and he doesn't speak to me for a week. It goes on, i can tell you, at least until he finds where i keep the handcuffs. I do know where to find another pair.

This is an instrumental bit i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. It's basically 2 acoustic guitars with piano, flute and a synth over it.
