Several layers of synths compiled to form a somewhat warped, ethereal, tension thriller. A touch of spookiness and horror peek through. Composed on magix music maker 2016 live.
Sound design that i made for a video game, layered a bunch of sounds and processed them to create an impactful sci-fi sound. This one is a spaceship door opening.
This is the superimposition of 2 sounds, 1/ what seems to be a distant metallic sound and 2/ what seems to be multiple impacts and touches on a plastic wrap layer. I don't exactly remember what i was going for on that one.
A recording of ambient noises in the night, recorded with a zoom h5 handy recorder. The left and right channels have been eq'd differently to give a wider stereo feel, and a reversed version of the recording has been layered on top of the original.
You can use this music in your videos. This sound was created with layering and frequency processing. Bpm 100key a majcheck it out: https://presetshare. Com/preset/view?id=668.
I've created this sound for my project by layering a lot of sounds together, since i couldn't find it here. Feel free to use it :). Comments and ratings welcome :).
A 90s trance / chillout vowel pad. Several layers recorded from various vst synths stacked, resanpled and seasoned in the sampler. No hardware involved and all materials are neither vintage nor rare ;-).
Layered sounds of spacecraft coming and going, futuristic space port or something like that. Enjoy, use anywhere. Send me a comment if you want! i'd like some feedback.
Some game over / crash type sounds. Will add more later. All synthesized in propellerheads reason using either a synthesizer or layering and processing some stock sound factory sounds.
A closeup recording of a bright light like the ones that illuminate flags. Recorded with an iphone for intentionally cheap-sounding, distant fidelity. Currently mixed hot but can be brought down for a more ambient layer in a room.
Inflation of nos balloon recorded on wide diaphragm condenser, with acoustic dampening around the mic but not in studio conditions - should be pretty cool for a non synthy noise sweep, or for a snare layer.
This was recorded on a poor on laptop microphone, and was supposed to be an applause track, but the microphone quality and the fact that we layered ten clapping noises all over each other combined to make this.
Some synth thing i made for a track i was working on. It's a layer of a few different oscillators tuned a certain way to sound harsh. . . Then ran it through a hpf to make it ggrroowwll. . !!!!! and of course a lil echo and stuff. .
Effects recorded from the field of the zoom h6 recorder, and microphone oktava mk-012-01,and then processed. Sound composed of several layers, and then processed with different effect plug-ins in: cakewalk by bandlab.
A distorted arpeggio with sharp release and long sustain used as a background layer for an a-ha moment in a film. Used a roland groovebox self-record utility straight to wav, which is pretty good, though it results in quieter high frequencies.
Ideal for staring out of the window at an urban landscape in the snow. Layered and cut tracks from keyboard to audacity video available here https://youtu. Be/62diq0jsv9i.
Hardstyle kick made in fl studio using few 3xosc layers and a bunch of eq's, filters and distortion units. Also used some reverb to give some character to it (i always put my kicks in mono while producing a song).
I've taken down some of my old kicks as there propa crap but here are some more fresh ones, this one is made in serum and has been re edited, layered and resampled a few times.
This is a sample of howling wind created in logic pro x using a few of choruses, flangers and fm synthesis. It isn’t the most realistic recreation of wind, but i think it’s a great layer to put under actual wind recordings. This is also suitable for horror:esc sounds.
Recordings of 2 nerf guns, the strongarm and modulus recon mkii. Both well put together nerf guns, would be a good basis when creating your own weapon sounds when coupled with other layers.
Semi drives by on the highway. I tried to edit out some of the background noise, but you still hear a flag snapping in the wind a bit. However, if you layer this on top of some ambient highway noise, it shouldn't be noiticeable.
There are two recordings for each snare hit referenced in the numbered filenames. Adjustment of the sample start point may be necessary when layering these, accounting for any phase mis-alignments. [the full sample pack is being uploaded gradually. ]. .
An ebow-ed guitar drone in the key of g minorin this instance the note sustained is g3performed with an ebow on a gibson sg with p90 pickupscan be layered with the other drones in this pack for a piece of music in gm.
Some real snaps i recorded with an sm7b. Raw and fairly unedited. (some gain compression used to boost the mid frequencies. ) great for layering on top of each other! -eg.
Made for a survival island demo i'm working on, this sound represents cutting down a clump of bamboo. The sound itself was made by layering different recordings of me dropping a chopstick on my desk.
I made this sound on my way to college!really easy movie sound! made with 3 reverse instruments layered and processed!. If you enjoyed the sound leave me a message or a comment!. More coming up!.
