Converted to b format using vvtetravst, then processed to stereo as wide cardioids at + and - 45 degrees using ambisonics toolkit (atk). Light noise reduction applied using izotope rx 7 spectral de-noise. High pass filter applied to reduce low end rumble. Some editing done to remove wind buffeting. Just some recording of a dried, brittle chili pepper with little seeds inside - up way way close to the mic (a zoom h2n). Some suggested sound design use cases: run this through granular fx for a nice drone texture. Use as an impulse response for a convolution reverb (then run tones through the convolution). Use as a trigger in vcv rack, allowing it's peaks to fire off samples or synth pulses. Or just use it plain within your next experimental acousmatic piece hit single.

Some sweepish sounds. Synthesized with "vacuum pro" vsti from air, the patch was a unmodified "500msvph"added effects with a "tassman 4" vst filterbank, multiple low pass filter with some oscillation. Echo was enable in a part of this whole creation.

Weird tones coming from a synthesizer, creating a sci-fi atmosphere.

Taken at the delta airlines terminal at los angeles international airport. I used a tascam dr-07 mkii recorder. It was approximately 12pm and i was seated in the waiting area indoors. To my right but also behind me were the boarding gates for the airplanes. I used wavepad for osx to boost the volume.

This was a recording i have done when heading to an airline that will take me from bodrum to istanbul, turkey. Thought the engine of the bus worthed recording and found a quiet moment to do so. This has been recorded with an iphone 4s and has been edited with goldwave.

This recording was made in my backyard. I live in virginia beach. I do a lot of nature filming in high noise areas; areas such as gardens near airports. I will, many times, use the sound from my backyard as opposed to the camera sound.

I think i've made this out of a hg fortune synth but i can't remember which one and like usual, done in fl studio with quite some eqing applied to it too. Excuse the popping though, it's an artifact caused by the synth.
