A piece of melody stuck in my head as i heard it not remember where, kind of 80's space or zodiac band's music.

Once again, my neighbors are burning fireworks in my street and in their yards about 20 minutes after the state of hawaii entered 2019! i recorded this with my lenovo laptop's built-in microphone in my backyard.

Series of sounds produced by opening a window to a pattering rain: first the heavy wooden blinds being cranked open and lifted, then the metal latch being turned, the wood-frame window itself opened and its counterweight clanging in the wall, then the storm or screen window being lifted and popping into place.

My voice, three "moans" slowed down/pitch changed with reverb added to sound like a humpback whale. Might need to use noise reduction for the popping/clicking when you use it. I made this because icouldn't find a good clear whale song.

Fireworks- recording fireworks is really strange. There are two distinct things going on with fireworks- the sound of the explosion, and the powerful physical impact our bodies feel when all that sound energy reaches us. Thing is, the mics don’t have any way of capturing that physical impact; they can only record the pop sound of the initial explosion. So what ends up on tape? honestly, it doesn’t sound much different than popping popcorn in your kitchen. Even with my good mics, i think i had to boost the low end a little bit in this recording to make it actually sound more like fireworks than popcorn. But judge for yourself. This is a foley fireplace. Recorded with the blue snowball ice in audacity. I layered the sounds together using audacity. This recording consists of two tracks of a smarties candy wrapper (for the crackling), one track of sticky-tac being pulled apart (the popping), and one track of jeans being rubbed together for some extra sound. We needed some blade runner style opening for a production so i came up with this 1 min piece that has that kind of feel (vangelis, tron legacy). It was written with dimension pro. I designed this sound from scratch using a 20 millisecond pop of audio looped and processed heavily using ableton live's sampler instrument. The loop is 2 bars long, but it this sample file i trail off for quite a few seconds sustaining the note to show off the sustain processing on the synth.

I used this sound set for the sound design on a 2d animated technology explainer video. These sounds are textural and real, which gives a nice contrast to slick graphics. Use these for text and thought bubbles, scene transitions, objects being built etc. Enjoy!.

I recorded my voice while playing freelance horror games; scp-087-b and slender sanatorium. This was so i could get genuine reactions to use as stock voice clips for future use. Some pretty interesting stuff came out. Something pops out at me.
