Sound of a small waterfall.

Small river sound.

Recorded deep in the shawnee national forest after a lot of rain which filled the many little creeks. Rode ntg-2 and the zoom h4n recorder.

This is a larger stream in the shawnee national forest. At this particular point on the stream had a large log over which the water was flowing gently. . . . Not as much gurgling and popping sounds, just a nice smooth, flowing sound.

I found this wonderful 4 foot high waterfall in a small canyon in the shawnee national forest in southern illinois. The cool splashing of the rivulet as it spilled out onto a catch-pool was enhanced by the echo as the sound bounced off the 3-sided grotto. Recorded on one of the hottest days of august 2011 using my rode ntg-2 shotgun mic into zoom h4n recorder.

This is a first attempt to record sound underwater, i build a small hydrophone according to the instruction gave us by digifishmusic, i could probably make it better but all considered i'm pleased whit it. The hydrophone was placed in a small river near where i live, just below the water surface but unfortunately it kept bouncing against the rocks so it's a bit noisy. Enjoy!.

Quite a lot of river flowing near.

The sound of the scottish highlands, in a valley after a strong rainy night. The water you can here is the collection of all the tiny streams running into the valley. A peaceful medium-sized creek in the midwest. At 41 seconds into the recording, in the left channel you will faintly hear some walkers casually strolling by on this brisk 35 degree day. Then, at 1:45 into the recording, some light bird callsadd to this peaceful recording. Recording made in the shawnee national forest in southern illinois in late december of 2018. A small creek deep in the forest in the midwest u-s-a. This was recorded on sunday may 6th, 2018 using the sound devices 702and the audiotechnica bp4025 stereo microphone. Nothing like the peaceful sound of a creek with the birds being active.

This is a little stream sound with heavy water flow in resident area at night time.

Small waterfall in alexandria park (bila tserkva, ukraine)field recorded with olympus vn-732pc recorder (on built-in mic)recording was done from few points (2,5 meters from waterfall on groundfloor level, 3 meters on 1 meter from ground, 4 meters on 1 meter from the ground). Mixed with some reverb and little echo in reaper.

A short clip of a small volume of liquid being transferred from one container to another with a nice ringing quality to it. I believe this is tea being poured into a mug, but i don't remember specifically. Recorded with a zoom h4n and edited in audacity. Apologies for the high noise floor on this clip, i had my preamp set for something else!.

Recorded with a zoom h1n in north wales on 21/09/2020. About 3 metres distance from the river. Some other sounds creep in, such as birdsong and traffic.

A bowed and plucked setar, and iranian stringed instrument. Creepy squeaky and atmospheric.

The mic was pretty close to a drain hole with water flowing through. Recorded with zoom h1n.

Walking on rocky/shingle ground besides a small rushing river climaxing at a waterfall then walking back. Recorded near the sgwd yr eira waterfall in wales, uk. Recorded with a zoom h5 with an msh-6 stereo mic on a calm winter afternoon.

Description of the sound : two pipes with a small stream of flowing though them. Falling from about 5cm. Recorder was set to about 4cm away. With the intent of separating having each pipe on each side of the mic.
