Steps on crisp snow on a quiet night outside the city. Stereo.

This is a recording of me walking through a flooded farmer's field in summer, with heavy rain boots. You can hear my boots slapping against the water, and some brushing sounds of my clothing against the tall grass.

Ambience at a subway platform, footsteps, people in the distance, no trains. The recording starts with an announcement signal but there is no following announcement. Recorded at a vienna subway line, xy recording to tascam dat, 1998.

Footsteps in the forest.

Sound from near my flat (great barr birmingham uk) at around 4am. There are various bird sounds within this file aswell as being able to hear the m6 motorway in the distance (i did try to accent this by pointing the mic in different directions). There are also 3 types of footstep sounds, grass, dirt with stones, concrete slab. My wind shield isnt the best so hopefully you can find some use of the sounds!.

I recorded this while searching for farm sounds. On the recording you can hear footsteps in the grass, then the opening of the latch in the gate to the field and then further steps. This short recording was made during a sound search in the scotish border area of scotland. I recorded on the zoom h5 handy recorder, i used superlux headphones.
