I got hold of an old sony dat machine (tcd-d10 pro) and noticed a very interesting sound when i opened the door to the cassette compartment. The sound was recorded with an olympus ls-14 and was slightly edited in wavosaur.

This was hard to create i used many different types of doors for the close including hatches, fridges, cars, large and small. I layered them with a stretched air effect to indicate pressure.

Synthesized sci-fi shooting. This is a one of the results of my attempt to complete a school assignment. We were supposed to create a gun or canon fire sound with audiogen synthesizer. Sound of a sci-fi plasma gun/cannon made by layering several bass-heavy sounds and pitch-shifting them together with applying noise and some reverb.

I was messing around with my korg volca keys, and i liked this little section. The only problem is that i believe it only recorded into the left channel for some reason. I don't know why that happened, so unfortunately you will have to correct that, but it should be an easy fix in any sound editing program.

Sci-fi/cave background noise i created for a game i worked on. The mechanical/windy sounds are an edited recording of my washing machine.

Though i generally expect attribution for my sounds, almost every aspect of this sound was the product of dpren's superb "scifi gun - mega charge cannon". My only contribution was adding a bit more oomph to when the gun fires so it feels wrong to take any credit for their genius.
