I decided to upload this sound here, because i have downloaded so many sounds from here so i wanted give something back. I made this with jew's harp. There is new version with less noice: http://www. I've been looking for a similar effect for quite a few years and no one has built one. So, using a simple synth and bass drop worked wonders for what i needed. The sound effect is from the matrix and is the sound heard near the beginning when the police are attempting to arrest trinity, just before the agents get upstairs. When trinity jumps, this is that effect.
