I captured this sound effect on video on my canon digital powershot a460 camera, i simply took the sound from the video. Captured on my zoom h4n. I open the door and the wind noise get louder. Around :50 it really starts to gust. There is a dog bark in the distance around 1:12. There is a little mic rumble throughout. I had it covered with a windshield and was standing just inside the door frame to try to prevent additional rumble. No need to credit. Use it as you would like.

I recorded this sound back in 2002. Air vent humming.

Wind noise, made from several segments of white noise with different eq and flange settings, cross-faded to form one short loop. I recorded this at sunrise in a breeze with a digital recorder close the tubular bells of a large wind chime, about 4 to 5 feet, you can hear birds in the background, a squirrel was close by cracking nuts, minimal background noise. Request a loop if you want to use this for meditation.

Generated 10 minutes of white noise, applied some eq and what i may call stereo expansion, and got this thing that should be good enough to be used as an ambient sound for cold weather or polar wind. Many of the sounds i have found here and elsewhere, have other noises and/or were created through other methods like blowing.
