Woke up this morning and went to my balcony. It was raining and i thought it was a interesting sound to record.

This is a recording (made with an iphone) of a bird with a cool call. I have no idea what bird it is. . . I'm not an expert on those things. Xd. The cool call starts a few seconds in. :). There is a little background noise (someone digging with a shovel and some wind). Feel free to use this sound however you wish. . . No attribution required, though i'd appreciate it if you did! :). An sennheiserme66 and me67 on opposite channels, i don't remember which was which(sorry). . But i could tell no real difference during recording (samecapsule, different tube). The mics were near coincident next to canarycage, though shure fp24 and tascam hdp1. Original at 24 bit 96k, down converted to 16 bit 48k. It took allot of intimidation to get the stinking birds to sing. . I threatened violence, finally when alanis morsette played, they gave it up. Otherwise birds would have died (though that may have been an interesting recording too). .

Recorded with only a small digital video camera at a cafe in pushkar, india. As i sat by the lake one afternoon, two indians sat down on the ground in front of me and began playing this and singing. There is background cafe noises and the odd motorbike going by and beeps, people talking and its not great quality but, someome may like it. . . It is as natural as you can get, raw sounds of india!(unfortunately, i have no idea what they are saying, id love to know if anyone could translate it?)recorded september, 2012.

It's my voice and i sing do, re, mi, fa, sol for my game. You can change the file as mix, like nightcore version, child version, chorus version, funny man version, etc. In my christmas game, i need voice for my 5 little angels sing for hints( that's the reason why i only sing 5 music notes), just edit the file from each part!. And i record it only use microsoft audio recorder application( default application).

I was recording outside my bedroom window while eating dinner in the living room, then i came back in here to see if i got anything interesting. I was zooming through the recording at 5x speed when i came across this bit of incidental pareidolia. I'm not sure what was going on, maybe the neighbors' stereo, but i don't remember hearing it, it's much louder in the living room so i should have. Whatever it was came out as a little distant choppy 2-notes alternating melody when played at 5x speed, which suddenly gets louder and solid as you hear the lower note followed by a third lower note. These 2 louder notes sound to me like someone singing the words all day. This would lead me to believe the original tones have some light harmonics i don't hear at normal speed. After which it goes back to the softer stuttering 2-note alternating thing from before. It doesn't sound like much at all at normal speed. So i just did a few straight pitch changes with goldwave until i got to 5x and saved this little file. See if it sounds like "all day" to you.

Edirol r-44 and audio-technica at835st. Stereo. A dog barks, but it seems to me that it sings to the music from a loud speaker that tells noon. It's hard to believe, but the dog began singing just after it had heard the sound and stopped when the sound stopped. The voice pitch also accompanied the melody.
