I isolated the sound of a bowling ball rolling so that it makes a continuous loop with consistent pitch and volume.

I've used freesound shared sounds for my podcasts since 2020. I needed the sound of a dog wagging its tail on a wooden floor for my latest episode and couldn't find an appropriate one. So i created this sound by talking sweetly to my dog while lying on his side on the floor. The original audio file had more of me talking than my dog wagging his tail. But this is a good summary of what it sounds like when he thumps his tail. And i thought i'd give back to freesound by sharing it. Feel free to use it however you want.

Chopping wood with an axe. Some distant traffic is noticeable occasionally. Recorded in stereo 24 bit 96 khz with the internal mics on a sony m10 with windjammer. Long recording of a wood cutting session with a small gas powered chainsaw from stihl. I removed conversation so there are some jumps between the wood cuttings. But to compose your own wood cutting scenery, i prefered to keep all the handling, pereparation of wood and different types of cuttings in the recording.

This "punch" was created by slapping a piece of steak against wood. It's not quite an action movie punch but it sure sounds like a hit. This was recorded at the open window institute sound booth in centurion, south africa.
