This is the ambience inside the elevator in a shopping center that's going up 2 floors; there's 2 women riding it besides me: one is carrying a full shopping bag and the other is texting on her iphone. I recorded this with my pocket digital voice recorder.

A field recording of cars/buses passing by me, people talking and footsteps on a busy street in my town. I decided to record it as part of my college project. Would make good atmos. Recorded in stereo on a zoom h4npro microphone. Hope this helps! :)).

In the range of three octaves, sung by me in 13 tracks. Not completely in tune. The first one is unedited sound. The second is transposed an octave lower. The third is transposed two octaves lower. In the fourth all the latter are sounded together (39 voices). The transposing makes a peculiar effect to the voice specially in the second (12 semitone) transposition.

My nightstand's lamp is an antique, it works electrically but also has a hole to use oil with it. This is the sound of me turning it off and on then unscrewing the cap on the hole. Could be used as interesting found-sound percussion, very similar to my oil drum sounds.

This is me reading a list of numbers to type in to create a sonic effect on my computer. (think -514. 0001. ) i first reversed it and added reverb to it and reversed it again. I made this using audacity to reform and change the frequencies for a few sounds i recorded at my desk which were made with a lighter, imitating the sound of a water drop with my voice, a rotating object hitting different things (cans, lighter, wooden desk, etc. , my creaky chair, me imitating a fly with my voice and finally, tapping on an empty can.

A guitar through defective self-modulating delay. The time potentiometer went "bad" after years of hard twisting and abuse, and now it warbles and pitch-shifts on it's own. It's very temperamental, though. The pedal is a johnson "ead-2 analog echo delay". May be useful for an outro or something! let me know if you use it, i'd love to hear the results!.
