The clicky sound is produced by a clickbar inside the keyswitch which produces an audible click on both the down and upstroke, differing from normal mechanical keyboards which tend to only click on the downstroke. Recording taken with my blue yeti nano.

I started recording a vinyl lp into my computer before realising that i hadn’t set the anti-skate properly and the needle was stuck in the lead-in groove. I trimmed this bit of snap crackle n’ pop and kept it in the hope that it might be useful for me or anyone else. Have fun.

I wanted to make a sound effect for a game i'm developing, and so i recorded a 100-mm artillery cannon at camp williams (utah national guard), then modified the sounds using audacity. The recording was done on an olympus digital recorder in the mid-2000s (first decade). It sounded a little to me like the tribute cannon from hunger games (the sound effect that signals the deaths of the tributes), thus the name.

This is a second recording of an hour and 20 minutes always made in the garden of my building in the province of rieti in italy where you can hear various noises such as: cars passing by, people passing by, people greeting me, children's voices, voices of my neighbors and other various noises. This recording was done with my iphone connected to my shure mv88 plus digital stereo microphone.

I think this sounds a bit like a jazz age theme reflecting a journey by steam ship. It was bolted together from little loopable sections (also uploaded separately here) which were all created using edirol orchestral samples and the magic of arpeggiating programs. I recorded my voice while playing freelance horror games; scp-087-b and slender sanatorium. This was so i could get genuine reactions to use as stock voice clips for future use. Some pretty interesting stuff came out. Used my "stay still!" clip in my mod, and it kept shouting it at me until i got far enough away from it.

One of a series of heavily processed sounds of me ripping various objects off a sticky surface. I ran the original recordings through s-layer, the sample-mangling plugin from twisted tools, using the granular synthesis features to generate a range of distorted, robotic tones.

This is the second part of an audio filtering project (in general, signal processing). This sample shows a noisy recording of my voice, after transforming the signal using the xft (extended fourier transform), applying a filter to cut some frequencies and later applying the inverse xft. All this done with an algorithm in matlab or mathematica written by me. Check the recording before the filtering process by hearing the file "holaoriginal. Wav" and please comment.
