Another sound that has been heavily edited to the point of being unrecognizable. This sound byte is an odd one that i made when i was pretty bored, it might be good for a drone or sound of a phantom or something. It could even be a warning or system message for a game. Either way, hope that this strange sound is useful to you somehow.

Based on irish folk tales, i was told that the screech of a barn owl is what gave birth to that myth. And so, using a snowy owl's screech and some audio wizardry, you now have a banshee. Enjoy!.

I manipulated some sounds from my squeaky pallet jack sound that i recorded the results were fun.

I made this using my alto recorder. It is quite long but can easily be shortened. I just realized that i forgot to take the breath sound out at the end!! sorry! i will do better next time. I went to a horror film festival and mostly got the music stuck in my head. This was one attempt to work it out. Not majorly successful but maybe useful to someone. As ever, made with edirol orchestral on cubase.

A creepy sound. Perfect for horror games. I made it by recording myself screaming, and then paulstretching it using audacity.

A very low-pitch xylophone from the lmms daw, with reverb, initially i was attempting to emulate footsteps, but it turned out to be somewhat sinister and eerie instead.

I made this in a day. . . It is bad. . . But i did it with my own things. Like i did not just take a sound from someone else. . .

Creepy backdrop sounds, like the nethergate sound from minecraft. I recorded some background noises with my samson g-track and modified this with audacity.

Just a scary intro i made.

To me the final effect sounded like a haunted space ship. I began with a 10 second sample of ordinary speech then lowered the pitch, stretched the wave pattern, added echo and reverb. Then i copied portions of the wave pattern to a new track and mixed the two into a mono track. Did this several times while also using noise reduction and normalization.

I made a jumpscare out of this file. Https://freesound. Org/people/reitanna/sounds/343915/. I put a few filters on it and made it sound more fnaf like so if you like that or if you need a robotic jumpscare sound (meaning tiny characters obviously) then this can work i guess.

You can use this sound anywhere or for jumpscares, made in audacity.

Just played around with a granulizer and this sound came out of it. Actually i made a track before where i was looking for this exact sound. But until now, i couldn't find it. So if anyone is looking for the same sound too, here it is.
