This is a recording of a guitar loop heavily processed. Equipment used = yamaha pacifica guitar, roland duo capture audio interface, sony acid pro 7. 0, sony sound forge pro 10, fl studio 10, waves plugins (comp-gate and morphoder), antares filter, cycling 74 pluggo (sizzle delays), korg ms 20 emulator. The sound is not as clean as in the virtual one. To some extent i blame my method of recording. . . Different oscillators sound different. Here i use a self oscillating filter. That produces a clean sinus wave. The cleanest sinus in my rack. But i guess the real thing is not perfect and that is what you are hearing? in neither of the patches i use a quantizer. . . (that's art :-)and, i almost forgot, i use a cheap analog delay pedal. Noisy. . .

Slither of an old song i wrote, intended to loop. I'm playing a full bodied larrivee acoustic and slowed my voice down a little bit. Recorded on a $5 microphone, as always. "we've held tears and i've felt loveless. . ".

Using a bass drum module to get not that bassdrummy sounds. . . Combining this with different types of feedback. I didn't know how to end the recording, as you will notice. I'm using an analog delay and spring reverb. Maybe the ending in it self is interesting? i find it hard to "tag" this sound :-)how useless is this sound on a scale from 1 to 5? 5 is totally useless. . .

Using internal suboscillator to fm modulate the frequency of xpo wavefolded low frequency outputs (stereo). Sequenced by 0-ctrl. Rumbling beats. Suitable for underlying deep trance and stuff. 2hp osc is fm modulating bermuda (using fm in). Pitch cv to osc is controlled by sloth and attenuverter. The bermuda tri output singnal is shaped by doepfer vactrol vcf. The vcf is modulated by sloth (cv in 1) and jerkoff (cv in 2). The noise it from dan, going to polivioks vcf. Polivoks is modulated by sloth. Output from vcf is going to vca controlled by another sloth.

While attempting to create a sick ass dubstep wob noise in rob papen's albino synth plugin, i managed to stumble across a telephone-like sound while pitching the filter cutoff on a weird shaped wave oscillator. I then put down the dubstep tune, and exported the noise with a gradual huge reverb at the end just for fun. I hope you enjoy it and i'd love to hear if someone uses it and in what context!. A bunch of weird and hopefully interesting noises. Created using the korg electribe 2 synthesis engine with alot of modulations and asynchron patterns. Post-processing in cubase.
