This is an old cassette player recorded on fast forward and rewind. Recorded on a zoom h2n.

I needed a hard impact noise and created this one. It's made with a 909 crash cymbal. I've put a few effects on it to create this sound. I hope someone can use this sound for a project some day.

The sound is of an lg french-door refrigerator that just had the compressor replaced but had too much freon loaded. The tubing dedicated to the freezer section accumulated frost which internal fan blades were rubbing against. Later, a savvy technician released some measure of freon and the sound went away. So the sound is now only a memory. No effects or alteration has been applied. The sound was recorded using 'voice record pro' by dayana networks ltd using an iphone 11, ios 15. 6.

Airplane cabin noise recorded on my samsung galaxy note 10+.

Quiet time of day, recorder placed in cardboard box in a cupboard and covered with clothing. As in title and file info, low cut 40hz, 16 bit, 44. 1 khz. I didn't see any point in going below a 70% gain level as it's not too bad at those levels.

A one-minute clip of bakonfreek's cc0 "dv tape (bearing) noise". The full 60 minutes caused me some download problems - i figured i'd drop this here for anyone having a similar issue. Pretty much what the file name says. Can't remember exactly what made the sound, or what i recorded it with. I think it was the hinge on a metal door.
