An edit of one of my other sounds. I reversed it, then used the paulstretch effect in audacity. It made this really nice suspenseful atmospheric sound. Feel to use! please credit me if you do. Thanks! :).

This use to be a song i was trying to write. . . I failed miserably at the song but played around with some ambiance i created by accident and turned it into a piece or sound design instead. Good for a scene change in a horror film i suppose.

This was created with paul's extreme sound stretch program, my voice, and audacity. I whispered a couple of times into the microphone and slowed it down a good bit in paul's stretch program. Horror birds - morning birds recorded with h2n, cloned to 4 tracks in audacity, pitch shifted by various amounts and one of the tracks paul-stretched and sped up. Mixed down but then removed lower frequencies (wind or traffic rumble became too noticeable). Normalized. Here's the result.
