A closed hi-hat, recorded with a condenser microphone in a studio environment.

A jazzy vibe thing i did while i was bored, hope you enjoycreated using fl studio, and a yamaha vibraphone.

A repinique (samba drum), hit on the head with a wooden stick. Recording hardware: apogee one, built-in microphonerecording software: audacity.

Improvisation on madal.

Part of "semiloopdrumsamples" package, please dl the whole package. . With 'semilooped' i mean that only the ride and hihat are longer loops and the kick and snare is separate for better flexibility. I only made basic patterns tho as this package is mostly meant for creating custom playalong/click tracks. No eq's, i'll let the user do that. . Again for flexibility. All samples are stereo(48khz24bitflac), since the sound of the kick naturally leaks in the overheads and the overheads are a big part of the snare sound.

I recorded this sloppy drum beat with a single mic in one room and the drum set in the other.

Casio mt-36 drum hits. A bit quietly and noisily recorded, but my soundcard can't do much better. Amazing analogue(?, some sounds sound like semi-digital) drum hits, sound kinda like sega genesis noises coupled with a roland 808 charm. I think you may find something worth preserving here - i think at least they're very worth preserving.

Tr606+tr808+cr78+casio mt-36+fx+editspart of an experiment with recordings of three of my favourite analogue drum-machines and a keyboard with amazing drum sounds, intended to create the ultimate combination of all four. This is an experiment. This is work in progress. I won't settle on one ultimate sound -- i will upload several best versions of each drum hit gradually as i fiddle with them. Also expect the rest of the kit soon :).

A normal snare sound.

An absolutely giant kit. Kick drum sounds like an explosion (yet has a nice, crisp attack) and the snare sounds like cross between a 50cal bullet being fired and a steam pipe being broken.

Sampled from custom-made 13. 5 inch hihat cymbals created by master cymbal smith mike skiba. The top cymbal weighs in at 1145 grams with the bottom weighing 1215 grams. This is a stick tap on the bow of the closed cymbals using the tip of the stick.

You can try to loop it or use as background noise, recorded on rode nt2a.

This is a drum sample i created with a $20. 00 mic, audacity, and a drum i made from high-fire stoneware.

A pitch mangled chunk of drums. No loops, but good for single hits. Recorded from a circuit bent casio pt-1 (called et-1).
