Good crunchy snare drum for dance/hiphop genre, i sampled this snare long time ago.

A pitch mangled chunk of drums. No loops, but good for single hits. Recorded from a circuit bent casio pt-1 (called et-1).

A simple wooden handdrum. Recorded with an akg perception 220.

This is a drum sample i created with a $20. 00 mic, audacity, and a drum i made from high-fire stoneware.

I've created a snare from pink noise with voltage modular, added some spring reverb and a bit of distortion.

A simple snare sound.

A very try-hard kick drum sound, recorded with a usb mic, not processed. Home-brew semi-anechoic recording.

I think it's a pretty nice dubstep snare. Use it for whatever you need.

This is a basic dubstep beat. It was done in reason 7. It is useful in that it shows you a good way to construct a beat. It consists of four 4-bar measures, each progressing from the previous. In this way, you can see how to write a good beat, by starting off simple and building from there. Traditional dubstep drums are very spare and sporadic with the use of symbols. I never liked drum beats until i heard dubstep !.

Snare drum synthesized in chuck programming language. Sinosc (200 hz) attack modulated by triosc3 layers of white noise1 resonance at 5000 hz.

Pulled out some random loops, hit the record button while playing with various distortion fx, cut out the most interesting bits.

Casio mt-36 drum hits. A bit quietly and noisily recorded, but my soundcard can't do much better. Amazing analogue(?, some sounds sound like semi-digital) drum hits, sound kinda like sega genesis noises coupled with a roland 808 charm. I think you may find something worth preserving here - i think at least they're very worth preserving.

I´ve found a more than 2 meters high and wide bronze artwork hanging upright. It has several blocks on its surface, looking just like a upright hanging town. On 5 of the "houses" i played a rhythm, using rather hard drumsticks für kettledrums. Recorded with zoom h4n with 2 schoeps ccm4 mics.
