Better set on monoaural on your daw if possible due to the off-center recording. Having been a bit ill on some rich iron content food i couldn't stomach (offal it was, it was the sheep fried liver who was the culprit - the very rich iron content upset my stomach pretty bad - was looking for something "new". ). Keep in mind that i am unable to do this as a request for obvious reasons including health, livelihood and risk of damage to equipment. I tried very hard to avoid shaking the zoom as not to make the wobbling sounds. If i am ill again, i'll use my ma-2 (microphone stick) and gravity microphone stand and get a real good recording of real vomiting but keep in mind this was recorded in my showerroom so some er may occur.

A recording made, midday, on thursday december 8 2022 of a light, but very cold rain hitting the bare trees and the wet, brown leaves on the ground in a midwestern usa forest. Towards the end you'll be treated to a group of blue jays making a huge racket!other than that, no animal sounds at all. Just the slow, steady tip tip tap smack of raindrops falling from a cold-steel and gray sky. Recording made with sound devices mixpre-3 series ii, in 32 bit float mode. One of a series of recordings of a delightfully squelchy toy. Bringing my microphone up close to this toy, i found myself in a world of deep, squishy mud. Recorded with a rode nt1 into a universal audio arrow.

Recorded using an iphone 3g voice recorder sitting in the center of the plaza at la cruz de huanacaxtle in nayarit mexico. Tropical birds in a tree to the left, a person to the right fiddles with their bag, then near the end a single small car drives around the block. About 1 minute in duration.

This is the sound of an old tankless toilet, ca. 1945, with a flushometer mechanism being forced to cycle water for an extended period of time after flushing. Recorded with a zoom h1n and it's internal microphones.

Sound of a single droplet. The standard sound for like a leaky faucet or a drop hitting a puddle or bucket of water. I actually made this sound with my mouth and tapping my cheek at the same time, but it is a very convincing drop sound, which can easily be looped at the speed you want for that "continuous drop" sound in the background.

An attempt to create the sound of tentacles moving using a wet shower mat in a bathtub. Useful if you're trying to create a horror movie type sound where a tentacle creature is moving around. Possibly. Recorded using my tascam dr-40 and then added a bunch of filters in my daw (hindenburg).

An organic squishy sound. Very wet and slimey sounding. Taken by getting a large bowl of very thick noodle soup at cold temperature and stirring it with a spoon.

Made with corn starch and water which creates a non-newtonian fluid known as an "oobleck".
