This recording is inspired by alienxxx http://freesound. Org/people/alienxxx/sounds/345510/made a little patch on my modular, still missing its (main) oscillators. I let the patch sound thru a pair of cheap computer speakers that i use as monitors. In an adjacent room, close to an open window, i put my phone and record. This is the unedited outcome. The recording was made 09:00 (16-05-11). Unfortunately nothing happened outside the window. Even the birds was quiet. I think there is a hint of feedback in the sound? first i planned to record with an old tape recorder, but i couldn’t find it. . . I think this recording should be listened to with low volume. May by it was a mistake to amplify the sound in audacity? but i think there is a nice room ambiance to the recording. Ideas for next time. Use guitar amp. Find old tape recorder. Don’t put recording device to close to window.

Theme hand saw :. Production step :i reccord the sound of someone speaking. I copy this sound 4 times. One time on two i « invert » the sound for creating a contrast. So four speaking are on the « original sens » and four on the contrary. On a another track, i take another short recording of a men voice and copy this once. I add this new track to the middle of the first once. To finish i chang the pitch of all the track with a percent of change of -24. Description :this sound look like an old wood hand saw. We clearly distinguish the saw movement. Going on and going back. Add a different recoording on the middle allows the sound to be realistic. Because the hand saw sound is not regular. Typologie de schaffer :masse: son cannelétimbre harmonique: grinçantgrain: frottementallure: vivantedynamique: abrupteprofil mélodique: ascendant puis descendantprofil de masse: amincissement.

alone in darkness is a short bit of thrilling music i made in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. It's instrumental with this melody going thru to the end. It's strings and flute doing the main melody. Some staccato-strings in the background, piano and synth-chords and a bass at the bottom of it all. Could be perfect for an intro, outro, something spooky and cool, suspence, sci-fi, futuristic, mysterious or whatever you feel like. . . . Let the imagination run wild. Feel free to use it as you like as long as you subscribe to and watch my channel! if you wanna use it in your music and gonna release it, ask me first. Some eerie mysterious sci-fi-ish music i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. This came out a bit "spacey" wuth a steady beat with both drum machine and sampled drums on it together. In the bottom is a cool bass arp doing the main "riff". Then i added spacey shit on top of it in various melodies. 'could be usefull in anything mysterious, thrilling, suspence, sci-fi snd more. Think it would work great to a game, youtube-channel, episode, movie or whatever you feel like. Feel free to use it as you like as long as you subscribe to and watch my channel :). Over 150 public domain sounds curated from freesound and the internet archive. A grab bag of random sounds, could serve as a building block for your music or incidental sounds in a video. All sound info is in each cue point of the main file. Cues that do not have info are part of the group indicated before them (this happens 3 times). To extract all the sounds, use a sound editor like goldwave to break it up by the cue points. Since these are public domain, you are not required to give credit for any of the sounds (including this collection). For the sounds curated from freesound, you can thank the artist and/or tell them where you used it by copying and pasting the file number into freesound's search field and it will help you find the file page. Important:if you intend to register a copyright with the government for works you created using public domain sounds, you must indicate them in the application process (limit of claims section) because you cannot copyright public domain sounds.

This is a mix of deep boom sounds i mixed together. Probably like 30 or more sounds to get just what i wanted, even my own voice mixed in there somewhere. Figured others might find this useful. Might as well say what i used this for. So in making a big huge video for my family, where i've filmed them doing certain things and not tell them why, to which i'll present the video when we all get together for christmas eve, 2019. Theres also a part where i hosted a picnic, filmed everyone, and then asked them to karate chop or kick towards the camera. The next day i went with a crew and filmed ninjas around the park. Edited together with the family attacking the ninjas then the ninjas falling back and exploding with a particle effect on after effects. This is the main sound heard when that happens. I made a few others using this base sound. While i'm bad myself at leaving comments, comments are always welcome to hear what someone used the sound for. Thanks.

Here it is! my first ever submission on freesound! i decided to start this all out with a bang, and post something really cool that i'm proud of making. I'm not sure exactly what this creature was supposed to be. I'll leave that up to your imaginations. How it was made:. Software: fl studio 20. Plugin(s): serum, valhallaroom, ott, fruity parametric eq 2, and fruity delay 2. This was made completely with synthesizers. I used serum for the main synth, made copies of it, and modified each of them to sound unique from the other. I'd try to explain how the synth was made, but there's a lot of stuff. To process it, i used ott to make it sound more powerful and clear, eq to get the frequencies and texture right, delay with a low pass filter to get that outdoors echo feel, and valhalla room for the reverb. I had fun making these. Enjoy!.

This sample is a vocal "arh" sound, pitch d. It was created by singing "arh" into a dynamic microphone, with pop-screen and recording, through an e-mu 1820, into cakewalk music creator pro version 2. The sample was then roughly trimmed. The sample was then imported into wavelabs lite where the dc off set was removed, the sample was normalized and the trimmed exactly. This sample was then imported back into cakewalk music creator pro version 2, compressed slightly, then duplicated 5 times. Each of these duplications was given slightly different attack and release times, different pan and different eqs. 1 sample was given a multiple voice chorus\flanger effect and another auto-pan. A 6 sample was then added before the main sample, with reduced gain. This sample has increasing volume envelope and "moving" pan envelope. All 6 samples where sent to the same master out where "chapel" style re-verb and compression was applied. The mix down from this was then imported into wavelad lite, dc off set removed and normalized.
